Health and self-harm or past life curse?

Updated: Oct 1

Nita’s (pseudonym) topic was health and self-harm.

She felt that they belonged together as she has both a tendency to hurt herself with negative thoughts, and a tendency to get sick, and both happen when she’s happy with life or when she’s on the right path.

Both stop her progress.

Woman in white surrounded by people, health and self-harm or past life curse? Yael Eini.

Nita’s mother died of an autoimmune disease when Nita was just a toddler. I didn’t know if Nita’s story was a family or a karmic story.

The stories are often intertwined, but we can also often work on each of them separately.

We set up five representations: for health, self-harm, Nita, her soul, and her mother.

The field asked for work on the soul lesson relating to health, and not on the soul contract with her mother.

From within the soul lesson came a curse that managed most of the representations in the field.

When we set up representations for Nita in the incarnation in which the curse was created, the story slowly emerged.

In that incarnation, Nita was a warrior. Among other things, she also killed innocent people, including mothers and babies.

The person who cursed Nita was a man whose family Nita killed.

He cursed Nita with a life of sadness and a life without a family.

Usually, the power of a curse lies not in the curse itself but in the object of the curse—in the person who believes that they deserve to be cursed, both as a person and as a soul.

In that incarnation, the warrior agreed with the curse, agreed that he didn’t deserve a good life, to feel contentment, or to have a family.

We also found that Nita’s parents in this incarnation are the family she murdered in the previous incarnation.

Her father in this incarnation was then the mother of the family, and her mother in this incarnation was then the child.

When we talk about karmic completion, we can see how in that incarnation Nita the warrior killed the child, and now, in this incarnation, her mother died when she was a toddler.

The representation for health turned into a discussion about emotions, a person and feeling that needs to be punished.

When we gave space to all the feelings and things that happened in that incarnation, when we recognized the difficulties in all the representations and the reasons these difficulties were brought into being, a boundary was formed between that incarnation (with its feelings of guilt, the feeling of needing punishment, the curse, and the self-harm), and this incarnation (with Nita, her soul, and her mother).

To end the session, I asked Nita to add a representation to the field for her health in this incarnation.

The representation had a new color.

A new color = a new frequency.

As a result of this session, something changed in Nita’s inner experience and being.

Nita felt that she was no longer bearing all the tough feelings.

They’d returned to the place they were created in, and she felt that the stress and huge burden had been lifted from her.
