The Heart Activation Lab: When the Unchangeable Begins to Shift

We meet in the "Spiritual Research Lab." Our focus: Heart Activation. This theme came to me through channeling; I was guided to understand that in order to activate the pineal gland, one must first work on the heart. For the past few months, I have been deeply researching the heart—physiologically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. It is an entire universe unto itself.

One of the most captivating facts I discovered is that approximately 60% of heart cells (depending on the source) do not change or regenerate throughout our entire lives. They stay with us from birth to death. Somehow, this specific data point captured the attention of all the participants.

Mapping the Heart

We began by setting up representations (constellations). We had a representation for each of the heart's chambers, one for the pericardium (the heart’s envelope), and one for the "Unchanging Cells."

As we stepped into the field, we observed the sensations within us. While each woman experienced the chambers and the pericardium differently, we all shared a nearly identical sensation regarding the Unchanging Cells: Rigidity.

It manifested uniquely for each person: one felt like jagged rocks in the sea; another like a concrete pillar. For me, it felt like a sense of rigid control, even carrying an element of "evil" or "darkness." One participant, a student of Kabbalah, quoted: "For the inclination of man’s heart is evil from his youth." While I didn't fully resonate with the religious phrasing, I do connect with the raw, unrefined drive.

The Missing "I"

During the second round of representations, I suddenly noticed something crucial: "I" was missing from the field. How can there be a constellation without a Self? And as I stood on the representation of those permanent cells, a question arose: What do these cells hold for us—from this lifetime and from previous incarnations?

We added two new representations to the field:

  1. The "I" (The Self)

  2. What are the 60% of cells holding for us?

The introduction of the "Self" brought immediate relief and order to almost everyone. Suddenly, there was a significant shift in the Unchanging Cells' feelings. When I stood on their representation again, softness emerged. They simply wanted to be acknowledged; they wanted to belong.

What were they holding for me? As I stepped into that space, I felt a deep anger toward the world and a sense of helplessness—the experience of the "Little Girl" within me.

The DNA Connection and the Frequency Shift

As I listened to the others share their experiences, a recurring intuition urged me to bring a new element into the field: The 12 Layers of DNA. (This is a vast subject—those curious can look into Kryon’s teachings on DNA layers for more information).

We introduced a single representation for the "12 Layers of DNA." The reactions were varied; some felt it was a purely biological element, while others found it confusing. For me, however, this representation sought to "overlay" the unchanging cells and what they were holding. I felt the qualities of healing. I felt an overwhelming urge to sing to these parts of the heart.

Then, a message came through: "Whatever you bring into my space—that is what I use to activate things."

In that moment, I understood something fundamental about Heart Activation: We are the ones who stream the frequency into it. We hold the power to change the heart's vibration. And when we change the frequency of the heart, even the cells that "do not change" begin to transform.
