Kundalini energy - The Systemic Lab

In many Eastern traditions, Kundalini energy is considered one of the most central and significant energies in the human body. 

It is depicted as a serpent-like energy residing at the base of the spine that moves through the chakras until it reaches the crown chakra.

Activating Kundalini energy enables an expansion of consciousness and emotional healing. However, if Kundalini's energy awakens in an unbalanced way, it can also cause emotional and psychological harm.
