The heart is a muscle, but it is also an energetic organ.
Each of its chambers carries functional, emotional, and energetic significance, and these are influenced by what we experience, absorb, and carry with us along the way.
During channelings that repeatedly emerged in previous labs, “the group” repeatedly told me: the work now is with the heart.
Heart Activation is connected to opening a deeper movement—from the inside out.
The February Lab is fully dedicated to exploring the heart and to directing energetic work with it.
We will work through representations, channelings from The Group, and a guided meditation.
