In the constellation lab we were exploring working with pain.
We work on her physical pain.
She stands in front of the Akashic Records and asks a question (which I no longer remember).
The Records tell a story from the past, about another incarnation.
We put felt for the other incarnation and see what appears.
We put another felt for what has appeared, and we initiate a Constellation process that aims to acknowledge what was and to create completion in that incarnation.
We return to this incarnation. Something has changed in the field. The pain is different.
The Records have additional things to say about trauma, energy, and healing.
The potential for healing lies within us, and it is our initiative as people that enables healing (this was not the message of the Records. It is an approximate summary of what we learned in that specific meeting).
Pain holds inside of its memories. When we acknowledge what there is It can be released.
